90-Day Return Policy

Worldwide Link Ltd and K-Link USA we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. Please notify us immediately if your order is unsatisfactory and we will try to resolve the problem, however, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases are covered by our 90-day unconditional money-back guarantee for a full refund of the product cost. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in their factory sealed container and in re-saleable condition in order to be processed as a refund. Customer service representatives are available via our toll free phone number (866-538-5466) Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Please email or call our Customer Service Department within 60 days of the shipment date to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. We cannot guarantee a refund on products returned without contacting us first. Shipping and Handling costs are not subject to refunds and the customer must pay the costs of returning goods.
We must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of the goods, of any damaged parcels or breakages, so we can file a claim with the shippers.
Returns are subject to compliance with the Return Authorization Number procedure.

Refund Method

The credit card companies mandate that we can only refund by the method of payment used to make the purchase. In other words if you used a particular credit card, your refund will go back to that card only. Please do not request that we use another credit card, or ask for cash or a check. They will only accept the refund transaction on the credit card that was used to make the purchase in the first place.
