Payment Policies & Procedures

Payments - We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express Credit/Debit cards as well as Checks and Money Orders. Your orders will be charged at the time of shipment. No COD orders.

Order By Mail - If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet you may pay for your order by Money Order, Personal Check or Certified check. You may add items to your cart and register your name, shipping address and e-mail address on the online form. You can then print the order form and mail it to Worldwide Link Ltd #100, 10604 – 178th Street, Edmonton, AB, Canada, T5S 2E3. We require 3-6 days bank clearance (from the date of receipt) prior to shipping, for orders that are paid by personal checks. Certified check and Money orders will be processed upon receipt. In the USA, your order will be shipped from our Atlanta warehouse and in Canada the shipping is done from Edmonton, Alberta

Paying by Check - Please note that if you choose this payment method it can take 2-3 weeks to ship the order because we must first receive the check in the mail, then we must wait for the check to clear which can take up to a week. We will ship your order immediately after the check clears. You may choose to deposit checks or cash directly to our account, to ensure a faster delivery time.
