- To be a K-Link distributor in North America, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada or the USA and be willing to provide a Social Security Number (SSN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
- For you to sign up as a K-Link distributor, you should have an active sponsor. You may choose to contact the person who invited you to be a distributor or you may choose the person who introduced the products to you as your sponsor, as this is the person who first introduced you to K-Link. Your sponsor must be able to support you and your downline in your business and provide you with training on the products and the North American K-Link Compensation plan.
- If you do not have a sponsor, one will be provided to you.

- Yes. When you register as an independent distributor of K-Link and pay your membership fee, you will enjoy a one year membership. (see FAQ 4 for Membership Benefits) To maintain your membership you must renew your membership on your anniversary date or when you make your first purchase after your membership expires. If you do not renew your membership within 6 months of its expiry date, your position will be deemed terminated and your downline will roll up to your upline. You may register again, but you will have lost your previous status, as well as its downline and will have to start over again.
- Yes, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER CARD.
- As a Distributor you can purchase the products at the distributor price. You also have the opportunity to earn commissions based on your own sales volume as well as the sales volume of your downline organization, to which you will provide training and support in order to be able to effectively sell the K-Link line of products.
- You can order products with your credit /debit card online, by phone or by fax.
- You will also have access to the Extranet back office, where you can view the sales volume of your downline genealogy as well as access tools to help manage and grow your business.
- You will have your own replicating website where you can send your prospective clients to, so they may place orders directly in your downline and/or get more information about the company and our products.
- K-Link does not pay commissions for recruiting, sponsoring or introducing other people to become K-Link Distributors.
- The North American K-Link Compensation Plan is a "working plan," based on hard work and commitment as well as the continuous sales of K-Link products by you and your downline.
- K-Link will process your monthly commission check by the 25th day of the month following a pay period. A pay period is a calendar month. Compensations for a pay period will be paid only on those sales that are entered into the system prior to midnight on the last day of the month.

- It is not company policy that you purchase any products upon registration as a Distributor.
- There are no minimum monthly purchase requirements.
- K-Link is against any form of “loading” or required heavy purchases of K-Link products in order to become a Distributor.
- Any sponsoring of K-Link Distributors, which involves "loading", violates K-Link's Rules of Conduct and Policies and Procedures. These violations are taken seriously and will be dealt with accordingly. Upon receiving reports of any such alleged activities, K-Link will investigate and penalize the distributor concerned if necessary.
Yes. To qualify commissions in the North American Compensation Plan, you must be registered as a North American distributor and your sales/purchases must be North American CV.
8. Now that I am living in Canada or the USA do I need to change my mailing address?
- Your mailing address must be changed so that you can have your Commission check and products sent to the correct address.
- The website URL to sponsor new prospects is: http://www.kinocanada.com or your replicating website.
- Click on "Join".The payment method is either debit or credit card. (Visa / MasterCard/American Express/Discover )
- Importing and/or selling products that are not purchased through our North American K-Link branches will not qualify for commissions in the North American Compensation Plan.
- Yes you can, providing the person to whom your account will be transferred to is not already a distributor or has never been a distributor before.
- Yes. Your distributorship is like any other piece of your estate. When a distributor passes away, the distributorship becomes a part of the estate. If the distributorship is willed to someone specifically, then the Company will honor the will. If it is not willed to someone specific, then it is treated like any estate that is not willed and will be part of the estate to be divided according to the governing laws applicable to your state.
- No! A distributor cannot change his/her sponsorship.
- You may only sell the K-Link-USA products via direct selling or person-to-person, and not through retail premises unless you have a small owner operated store (e.g. health products) and they are also signed up as a distributor.
- Permitted statements about our products are available on the K-Link sponsored website at: http://www.kinocanada.com. You are encouraged to copy this information or simply link directly with this page. You must ensure that all articles or information published on your web sites are consistent with K-Link's guidance.
- Yes, you can sponsor them into the business, provided their student visa allows them to work.

- Through our website, we have a suggested retail price and we always encourage you to maintain an environment of fair competition and to conduct your business with the utmost integrity and honesty.
- Your clients might look elsewhere for other products if you price yours too high but if you price them too low, you will not enjoy the retail profit.
